When your roof reaches the end of its lifespan or suffers extensive damage, Triangle Restoration is here to help. Our professional roof replacement services provide Raleigh homeowners with a durable new roof that stands up to North Carolina’s weather. We combine superior craftsmanship with hometown service, ensuring your new roof is installed with quality and care.
Not every roofing issue can be solved with a quick patch. In many cases, a full roof replacement is the safest and most cost-effective option. If you're dealing with any of the issues below, it might be time to consider a new roof.
If you notice curled, cracked, or missing shingles across large sections of your roof—not just in isolated spots—it's a sign that your roofing system is deteriorating. Replacing scattered shingles may only delay the inevitable and leave your home exposed to leaks.
Most asphalt shingle roofs have a lifespan of 20 to 25 years. If your roof is reaching or has exceeded that age, it’s likely nearing the end of its functional life—even if it looks fine from the ground. Older roofs are more prone to failure during storms and often lack proper underlayment or ventilation.
Finding granules in your gutters or noticing smooth, bald patches on your shingles means your roof is losing its protective coating. Without those granules, shingles degrade rapidly under sun and rain, leading to water intrusion and further damage.
A single leak can often be repaired. But if you've had several roof leaks—or you've patched the same area more than once—it likely signals systemic failure. At that point, replacing the roof will be more effective (and more economical) than constant repair work.
A roof that was installed poorly, or with low-quality materials, may fail prematurely. Common signs include uneven shingle lines, flashing issues, or visible buckling. If your roof is underperforming despite being relatively new, a replacement may be the only way to correct these foundational problems.
Every project begins with a thorough roof inspection. Our experienced inspector will assess your roof’s condition, measure and identify any underlying issues (like rot or ventilation problems). We then provide a transparent, written estimate detailing the scope of work. We’ll explain your options and answer all your questions, so you can make an informed decision.
Once you decide to move forward, we help you choose the perfect roofing materials for your home. Whether it’s high-quality architectural shingles in the color of your choice, metal roofing accents, or upgraded underlayment, we guide you through the selections. We schedule the work at a convenient time for you. Before the start date, our team obtains any needed permits and delivers materials to your home.
On installation day, our crew arrives on time and prepares your property. We lay down tarps and plywood to protect your landscaping and windows. Then we safely remove the old roofing down to the decking. At this stage, we inspect the wood sheathing for any hidden damage and replace any rotted sections. Proper prep ensures a solid foundation for your new roof.
With the deck prepped, we install your new roofing system with precision. This includes durable underlayment for moisture barrier, proper flashing around chimneys, vents, and valleys, and then the shingles (or other chosen material) themselves. Our installers follow manufacturer guidelines to the letter – every shingle is secured accurately (we even hand-nail critical areas to ensure maximum hold). Throughout the process, the crew maintains a clean work environment and adheres to strict safety standards.
After the last shingle is in place, we perform a thorough cleanup. Our team uses magnets to pick up stray nails and leaves your yard looking as tidy as we found it. Then, a senior project manager conducts a detailed final inspection, jointly with you whenever possible. We make sure every aspect of the installation meets our quality standards and that you are completely satisfied. We’ll review maintenance tips and warranty information before we consider the job complete.
